Grief, stress and emotions
Are you an emotional person? If so, you may have a special relationship with emotions. On the one hand, emotions allow you to fully experience your feelings, from the depths of your heart and body. On the other hand, emotion is an energy that can overwhelm you. If a negative emotion is inappropriate, occurs frequently or remains… something must be done! Otherwise, you simply condemn yourself to suffering. It is possible to manage emotions through hypnosis.
This may involve:
- the death of a loved one
- the permanent loss of something (health, employment, relationship)
- the impression of being stuck in a rut
- a difficult relationship that makes you feel like you're “going around in circles” [...]
